I personally would have to see this to inspect
it to see firsthand what kind of shape it's in
before making any commitment to it.
There are just way too many things which could be
defective on such a thing, to justify purchasing
such a thing "sight unseen".
After said inspection, I would then make you an offer,
in person, cash in hand.
