Re: Wanted: Army Navy phonograph
Just for the record, my Army Navy Edison was near the front line in Field Hospital 351. I got the 40 records that were played to the wounded also which I cataloged and put in the Music section. This Hospital was located in a small French town in southern France just west of the Rhine river and just north of the Swiss border, north of Bern. The records have the owner's name, Capt. Snyder, who was a medic, and 351 FH scratched into the dead wax. Marc.
