FOR SALE: KENT Lateral Reproducer For Edison in BOX - $65

Post by FellowCollector »

Original F.C. Kent 'Kentone' Attachment for playing "Lateral Cut Records" (Victor, Columbia, etc.) on an Edison Diamond Disc Phonograph in its original box with label and directions. This is in the gold finish which is worn in areas. The attachment works well and the reproducer and its original diaphragm is really nice. Original owner handwriting in pencil on the label "Mrs. Pratt N. Clarendon" (Vermont). Other light pencil handwriting as well indicating "Repaired {not legible}" but I assure that there was no repair done on this. I'm presuming the 'repair' constituted replacing the gaskets quite a long time ago as the gaskets feel soft, supple and compliant. Anyway, the handwriting can be easily removed as desired. I left it all these years as a bit of provenance. Play your Victor records on your Edison!

Add $5 for USPS shipping to USA address. PM with interest. Paypal friends payment. Thanks.
