I was in an antique shop in Junction City, Oregon today and the owner offered me a mahogany C19 for $100. It's a complete working machine and included an adaptor for playing lateral cut records. The Edison reproducer has a nickel finish (it should be gold) but seemed to work fine. The finish is "fair" at best. It's one of those machines that could be refinished or just cleaned and polished. The grill is in good condition and the frequently missing corners are all there. The only loose veneer was on the back side.
In my opinion, it's well worth the asking price but it is not something that I would ad to my collection. It would be something I would sell or just pass the opportunity to some else.
