WTB Early Narrow (1917) Nickel Victrola Tonearm

Post by antique1973 »

Looking for early "narrow" style nickel Victrola Tonearm complete with turret. Needed for 1917 VV-XIV.
I don't need the reproducer, just complete arm/turret. Thanks!

A few months ago I picked up a beat-up 1917 VV-X at a local antique mall for $50. It had its legs cut off, & I got because I needed the Exhibition soundbox for a late VV-XVI(also from 1917 I think). Plus the 2-spring motor is good & usable for me. The tonearm is nickel, has no dents, & the "turret" base seems good as well. It is not pristine however, & has some mottling from dirt & age. I will get a pic up sometime today. If interested, just contact me.

Here are the pics. Actually, there IS a crease or dent at the base of the tonearm on the left side where it meets the turret. And again, it's not cleaned up in anyway. If you can use this one, let me know.
