Victor #4 finish washers

Does anyone have about a dozen finish washers for #4 screws? I need them for my 10-70 project.Thanks for any help.

You can get them in any real hardware store, not the big box stores.

All the ones I have found in the stores and online have a large od and looks big and bulky.
