L Door XVI for sale in my neck of the woods

Post by premis2 »

Craigslist posts include a new VICKY for sale in south central Wisconsin It's a XVI L-Door with record albums. Since I'm not interested in this type Victrola, I'm unaware if the price is fair or not. So I'd thought I'd give a heads up to anyone interested

Vicky?

Thats one of the late L-door versions with the friction brake and it looks really good and complete for that price.

I like to stay on a freindly first name basis with Victrolas. Actually my Phonograph Presentation is themed "An Evening with Vicky" "Christmas with Vicky" etc.

The price has dropped to $350.00 as of Saturday morning.

I'd be interested in it if it were near me. It looks very nice and complete with the albums.

IMHO $350 is a real steal!! :o
If it were near me, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Although Lord knows where I would put it.
