Major Addition to APS Website

Just over 90 days ago, we announced the availability of R.J. Wakeman's article on Off-Brand Phonographs on the Antique Phonograph Society's website. At that point we did not have the illustrations available for the article, but we believed the text to be so informative that we didn't want to delay posting it.

We're pleased to announce that nearly 100 illustrations have been added to this article (most of them advertisements) and there is a substantial amount of new information available as a result.

Feel free to take another look at this milestone article on the APS website:

We once again thank Mr. Wakeman for his significant contributions to our hobby! :)

Thank you, George for the headsup.

That Phono-Grand is truly imposing!

And, of course my gratitude goes out to Mr. R.J. Wakeman for such a comprehensive list and the graphic additions! :)

Best,

A big Thank You from me as well! Another great article on this web site.

Question: If anyone has any information, pictures, etc to add to this collection, what is the best way to do that?

Thanks again
Andreas

I read Mr. Wakeman's article about the off brand machines. It was fantastic, like his Brunswick book. He is a real asset to this hobby to help us collectors with missing information. I wish he was in my area, I'd take him out to dinner.
