Thanks much! I was very grateful and fortunate to get this machine. It was a craigslist find and the woman was very kind to me in coming down on the price.

Good eye, that is the classic Long Play grill, but is a 3-C as seen in Featured Phonograph № 14. :D

Good eye, that is the classic Long Play grill, but is a 3-C as seen in Featured Phonograph № 14. :D

Thanks for sharing this nice machine!

It can't have been used much in its past life, the motor looks immaculate.
Beautiful finish as well.

Every time I see these machines with a rigid tonearm & the horn attached directly to the soundbox, I can't help but thinking on the brutal pressure & wear on the records played :o
