My opinion: the horn is a make-do- or possibly a cylinder horn, the traveling arm might be a reproduction, the reproducer is old but wrong, the crank is old but wrong, but everything else looks good.

Original trademark gramophone with replacement horn winder etc low price for getting the other correct parts

With the correct reproducer and crank, I'd love to have this machine!
