OMG, don't put Philadelphia cream cheese on a cheessteak!!!! Use Mozzerella or Provolone. In a pinch there is cheddar. I didn't know the Philladelphia cream cheese is in your country. That is amazing. See how this thread turned out??? That's why I love this Forum. There are serious discussions and off topic with a lot of fun. :mrgreen: :clover:

OK, got it, it was my direct association of Philadelphia with the cream cheese brand... mozzarella it shall be! I'm starting my search for the recipe. I think it is within my cooking abilities
