Check out this auction of Scottys Antique Museum in Arizona on EstateSales.net. There is a ton of phonographs plus lots of other antiques.

I've never seen so many reel-to-reel tape recorders displayed. Imagine what they'd look like all running at once! :D

Kennith also is involved in another collection that resides in Mayer AZ-I am not sure what the level of his stuff is quality wise, but they post with crazy expensive prices on Craigslist. I will miss that first weekend and maybe the second one as well. I normally would be at the APS show in Buena Park Ca. as it falls over that weekend. If I went to the preview and found items that I would want to bid on then I might have passed on the show. But in either case I will be in Co. Its my son's 40th birthday and his wife is throwing him a surprise birthday party and if I miss it to go to a phonograph show or auction-well my wife might phonograph me to death...and there is that condo in Hawaii that she is always talking about that my insurance would buy her.

Ah.... too many choices, not enough money or time and I cannot figure how to be in three places at the same time.

That looks like the prop storage room for the Pickers...

"Smitty’s Antiques Museum which has been an Arizona landmark that features the personal collection of Kenneth Seo a lifelong collector of antique & vintage audio equipment and collectibles"

I see a lot of passion that was put into this museum. Sad that it gets dispersed.

Indeed, it is a very impressive collection of everything! stuffed animals, gas pumps, perfume containers, typewriters, telephones, ad posters, etc, and a lot of gramophones and phonographs. It would be great if the collection could be preserved as it is now.

I think in this case the sum is worth less than its parts, in other words the collection is worth more apart than together.

Wow, what an interesting place. I wish I could have seen it before it gets sold off. Room after room of really great interesting things. Tons of phonographs but so many other things that are very well displayed. It will be an exhausting auction.
