I am restoring a Victor oak horn and need about 24" of the
curved oak hoop that binds the oak paneled ends. I believe
it measures 22" in diameter complete. Don Geffel can't help with
this. See photo.

You can make one out of old oak... it's a straight piece with a half round shape that is steam or hot water bent to match...

This is a long shot but have you considered contacting Eduardo from Peru. He makes reproduction horns.
