FOR SALE: What I'm bringing to Wayne -Various

Post by MicaMonster »

Look for the big tall Sprinter cargo van being tracked by Russian satellites, emanating accordion music!

I will be bringing:

-5/16" and 7/32" leather drive belt for cylinder phonographs
-cranks for Tanzbar Organettes
-assorted 78rpm records 1901-1936
-Hebrew 78rpm records
-12" Columbia Viva-Tonals

-oh......and a phonograph gifted by Thomas Edison to his daughter in-law's mother, with original and supporting documentation.

SEE YOU ON SATURDAY THE 7TH! I *might* not be attending on the 8th unless I can find someone to watch the kids. And no, I can't bring them. Have you ever see jackals fight over a carcass? Yeah, that's what I'm trying to avoid!

Are you the parasite who is flooding the "Phonographs and Accessories" section on eBay with Walter Ostanek Polka LPs? After this post I shall always associate the name "Mica Monster" with with either Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau... or Sven Hoek.

I hope you're planning on posting up pics of the Giftophone and supporting documentation, because, well... "Pics or it didn't happen".

I am an incredible tease.

Instead, here is a photo of Uncle Theodore Edison and his wife Ann. And, the records included with the machine.......

Holy crud! I about choked seeing all those needle cut Edison records! I sure wish I could be in Wayne to see it all, but I'm on the wrong coast for that show. Someone is going to get a great thing with the machine and these records.
