These days when most auctioneers are charging outrageous premiums upwards of 25%, Steve Stanton is holding the line at 10%. Plus everybody has the benefit of his ultimate fairness, combined with intimate knowledge of what he is auctioning. A winning combination for all concerned.

I have only been able to attend a few of Stanton's auctions. Each time it was very well done with something for everyone.

I would recommend anyone in the hobby to take the trek to Michigan to Attend Steve's auctions. They are awesome! I always find something to come home with.

Am I obtuse, or has the catalog for this auction disappeared from the website? Since there are still 2 days left, I wanted to peruse it one more time since I'm not able to be there in person today.

Any comments regarding sale prices. Seemed like some nice things were presented. Goes without saying Steve, Mike and the Stanton family put on a class auction. New digs (especially in winter) sound wonderful!

An interesting, well-attended auction with something for everybody. Prices were strong for the lower-end stuff. Other, higher-end pieces sold for well below expectations, especially music boxes.

I only bought 3 items of merit, far less than usual: a Victor 6 with brass 24B horn, a nice Wizard, and an MS with a spectacular wood-paneled horn.
