As always, our beloved Mr Paul is very humble.

Here is the true extent of his shine!

Back in 2015 I sold my Amberola B-VIII to Pete Stratford (flashpanblue). I always liked the full bedplate ofthe B Series. Wish I had the room for another one.

Some mighty fine Edisons here. I didn't know about this model but it's really attractive.

Someone will say that George's head has likely been replated, though...

I was debating on adding a coat of shellac to make it nice and shiny or a coat of wax. Since it did not have a lot of dings in it or veneer peeling I will probably keep it as is. The inside has some scrapes on the grills and I would have to repaint them all the way. It looks nice and it will stay the same.

I don't blame you, Tom. Mine's not perfect either, but that's not really the goal, is it? Yours looks fine, and I'd do just as you're doing - - enjoy it. :)

You are right George. It will stay as is. Here is a picture of its new home and since it is noon I will feed it a couple of blue amberolas. I am trying to figure out if it will be low cal. or high cal. amberola Tom
