I have an extra stanchion for an Edison Opera. Steve Medved had some made in Australia; so, I bought one from him to use to mount a horn on a B1 mechanism.
I have since ended up with two and have an extra one for sale if anyone needs one.
thanks

No, the A1 would require a smaller size. This one would only fit a B1 or an Opera.
I know Steve Medved also had one made that does fit the A1. You might want to contact him to see if he knows of one that would be available for your A1.

Just curious, you wouldn’t happen to have a brush by chance for the opera?
