Stylus under microscope

Just got back from Canada where I bought at auction for cheap a quality vintage Olympus Microscope. The base could not travel with the microscope as the darn thing weighed around 50lbs. I went to Lowes this morning and got me some Black Pipe from which I constructed a base until I can get the original down from up north.

Anxious to test it out I snapped a picture of a Diamond B stylus. Not the best right now as I will be ordering a adapter to fit my camera to the eyepiece of the microscope and use better lighting. Anyway this will give an idea of what the stylus looks like close up.

You will find a lot of uses for that, no doubt!
