SOLD: Victor Victrola VV-XI tabletop for Parts - Variou

Post by Victrolacollector »

A nice VV-XI tabletop. This machine has the early style double spring motor with the wider cut gears. The machine has a repaired section of veneer on the lid, which appears to have been done by a prior owner, not super noticeable. Over all very nice machine, I have over $800.00 into this machine and will let it go for $ 600.00.

The machine will be shipped with the cabinet sent separate. The motor on board will be sent separate to prevent damage.

What kind of commonsense does it make to part out one of these? You haven't tried eBay yet?

All that work in preservation and now you're planning to trash it? I don't want to hear any more trash talk about Neelam (croakinfrog) and company. First Wyatt scraps the VV 215 and now this.

My faith in the collecting community is lacking.

Someone should snap up this machine. The price is right. It would be a shame to part out such a nice machine.

please don't part it out! It's a lovely machine and they don't make em anymore. This one is especially a fairly rare unit. I'm sure someone will show up eventually to buy it.

It’s a very nice machine, I have 800.00 into it. I just don’t have room in the apartment since I moved. I am trying to sell this as a complete machine. It’s not easy when you have an apartment and have to compromise with the other half.
