I can see what appears to be a round metal part protruding / 'sticking out' out of the side to the right of the winding handle and wonder what this might be ?

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought it was the anchor attachment that kept this machine chained to ebay for the last year or two. price seems to be creeping down thoughsoundgen wrote:Speed control
