I don't think you can manipulate a photo once it's uploaded. If you have a photo-manipulation program (or "app" these days) on your pc you might try rotating the photo upright and then saving it under an alternate file number. Then upload again and preview to see if this works for you. Mac users seem to have their own set of problems I can't help with!

Give this a try: Hold the iPhone in the horizontal (landscape) orientation with the home button to the right when taking a picture.
I've noticed that the EXIF data (almost) always says "rotated 90°" in the sideways pictures.

Thanks! I think that's the trick , just take all picture landscape instead of portrait
