Edison DD

Post by dutchman »

I have a Edison disc with no label - just has "51177-R" and "51177-L" stamped below the spindle hole, one on each side. Are these common? Thanks

The paper labels just fell off. It is not uncommon with Edison DD's.

FYI,

51177 R is "Yes, We Have No Bananas" by the Green Bros. Novelty Orch.,
51177 L is "Ritzi Mitzi" by Dave Kaplan's Melodists.
