I have this particular recording with this label. Saturday Night & Jane .... I was wondering why it was hard to find another copy of this.
It wasn't in the catalog very long either, being part of a group that was deleted on 6/6/24.

I think my copy of the Jane side of the record has a some needle groove dig toward the end that pull the reproducer in toward the middle. Its sad since I would have liked a better copy.

Great post, Kevin, thanks.

I now realize that the copy I have of 50865-R/L (June Moon-Fox Trot -- Lanin's Orchestra; Say It With Music-Fox Trot -- Lanin's Orchestra) is special, despite the fact that side L has several deep scratches that render the side unplayable... :(

It came in a crate of 58 "rescues" I picked up last winter from a local record store that just wanted to be rid of them.

Best,

Thanks to another eagle-eyed Forum member, I have made a correction to this list. 50821 has been removed from the list due to my mistaken interpretation of info in the Charles Gregory book. Everything else is the same.

OK, so did the paper labels change then with the 51000 series?
