Is anyone familiar with the Parlophone miniature phonograph?

A working model of a Berliner hand crank with a Johnson strap reproducer. I am still looking for a record though.

Now THAT is small.

I bet a record for the Poynter Products "Miniature Old-Fashioned Victrola" made in 1983 would work on that. The records are very small lateral-cut discs that turn up on eBay from time to time as well as shopgoodwill. Also, a lot of phonograph collectors have the miniature phonographs stashed away.

Neat thread to resurrect. I enjoyed looking at all the small machines.

No photos as mine are just nothing in comparison to what I've see here. I do have a Q, an Eagle, Stewart, Kompact and a Gem. But sure have enjoyed looking at all these. Thanks all for posting such beauties! Neil
