SOLD: 2 Vaughn de Leath Electric Diamond Discs $179

I am offering a pair of electrically recorded Edison Diamond Disc records with Vaughn De Leath singing 2 very different versions of MY BLUE HEAVEN. The 52128 version has her doing vocals with Al Friedman while 52192 has her doing double duty with her 'buddies' performing the vocals and a duet with another whistler. Any VDL fans?

Both are in better than average condition, with the flip side of 52128 showing an edge flake that does not reach the grooves. See pictures for details. Both play very nicely, loud and clear. Love those electric Diamond Discs!

I was pretty excited to find these 2 electric Diamond Discs hidden in my collection. Figured they'd be worth big bucks so I offered them for sale. Subsequent research has revealed that, for some reason, these 2 particular Vaughn de Leath issues are NOT worth big bucks. Bummer! There is a silver lining to this, at least now I can afford to keep them!
