Bought this today, for $6.00. Mainly for the sleeve.

Very nice sleeve. Is this record a hill and dale example and does it start from the inside ring?

The Rooster indicates vertical cut and sapphire play. No US Pathé issues (such as this one) were center start. Center start Pathé records have etched rather than paper labels, as well.
