I have an Edison diamond disc player in my work shop now. I'm an antique dealer, not a phonograph collector but lucky enough to run across a fair share. Here is the info you requested for your data base:

1. Model designation: W19
2. Serial number: SM - - - 9163
3. Official factory medallion: Round
4. Medallion wording: The Model 250 Diamond Disc Phonograph is the Official Laboratory Model. Thos A Edison
5. Record Storage: Bottom drawer with 38 numbered slots.
6. Cabinet wood: Mahogany
7. Cabinet beading between speaker compartment and record storage drawer.
8. Cabinet lock on lid. Came with key.
9. Cabinet factory No. 22
10. Reproducer, horn throat, etc. has a gold finish.
12. No dealer tag.
13. No shipping documentation.
14. The grill cloth is a faded salmon color, undamaged

It also has two separate assembly and operation books plus a sheet for the reproducer.

Good luck. I hope this helps a little.

Rene
