Re: TRANSPORT NEEDED: PA to AZ

John, The pick up truck is a Honda and when he leaves his house---he drives straight thru to Az. The two of you agree on a time and place and price
and you have your machine----in 24 to 34 hours.

He took and Emerson from Ohio to NJ for me. He has min. of $100 dollars adds more for how much he has to go out of his way. Take a look---if yo...

Re: Ornate Brunswick in Cortland OH

Curt, You know quite a bit on machines. I have an early Brunswick, where the decal is in the center of the lid like a Victor decal is. I guess afterwards they spelled out Brunswick on the rear hinged panel of the machine. Mine has a different grill, type in the "search" category---Brunswic...

Re: Sound Box Help

I had to beg him not to do it and to keep the original stuff in case he changed his mind in the future a...

Re: Anyone know fonofan?

Hello Jerry, I joined Ebay in the very early days and they Thanked me for that. Since then I have received records broken by sellers way to often. I now nine times out of ten message sellers and say---Have you ever shipped fragile shellac records before? They need to be shipped in a good size box, b...

Re: Early VV-X needing life support

OK, I'll throw my 2-cents in, or should I say I'll put my "X sense" in----BRING IT BACK TO LIFE. You have the majority of it. Put an ad in for the parts and have the patience to wait, they will show up for this 110 year old expensive machine in it's day---let it stay the VICTOR in this bra...

Anyone know fonofan?

So, on Ebay a 9" Emerson record, seller says looks like it has never been played----well it never will be played because he sent it in a vinyl record mailer and it arrived broken. In his description--says things are packed well and with a name like fonofan--- I let my guard down, thinking no pr...
