'Orchorsol' question

I notice that some Orchorsol gramophones have the 'crying baby' logo / trade mark and some do not. (Some just have the name and address).

Does anyone know why this is ?

I have never seen this label on a cylinder box lid before. I assume that it refers to the removal of the wartime ban on the importation of all talking machines and products, which the British Government introduced in March 1916 and lifted in June 1919. Oh, there are a lot of mentions of restriction...
