Re: Broken Friction Spring ?

Re: Thoughts on these two Edison Standard E horns

Probably just me, but what is the two footed Standard E? There was another style of the "no tip foot" offered, that had no socket in it to insert the crane. It was just a simple foot, and was used in combination with the "crane socket" version. In other words, there were 2 "...

Re: Governor gear Ratio ?

Marc Divide the number of teeth in the worm wheel by the number of teeth in the worm shaft. For instance, if the spindle shaft gear, (worm wheel), had 40 teeth and th...

Re: Does anyone sell a rubber flange for this columbia reproducer?

Wondering if a "rubbery" material can be 3D printed... The simple answer to this is "yes" but there are limitations in the range of physical properties. Most 3d printable synthetic rubbers are at the harder end of the range. It therefore depends upon what sort of rubber is a sui...

Re: Unusual Cygnet horn

The seller has included nearly all the elements why I seldom buy anything on eBay except new vacuum cleaning bags and furniture polish. Well stated. I never buy from these folks who have more disclaimers than descriptions. They could save a lot of typing by just saying, "Good luck. I am a jerk...
