How do you rotate an image after it has been posted?

As far as I know, the picture must be manipulated before posting. Depending on your system, whether PC or other, there should be some basic picture editing capabilities somewhere on your computer. Windows photo viewer has a rotation feature.
Before posting, check your preview, and you'll see if your pictures need rotating.

I always rotate my photos so they are correct on my PC, then save a copy of it, but when I post the corrected copy here it's right back to sideways.
