I see thiis soundbox for sale quite often - seemingly always with white, enamel type paint.

Can anyone id it please ?

I cannot give a positive identification, but white or cream painted soundboxes were often fitted to children's gramophones such as this Fairyphone. Songster, better known for their needles, made a range of soundboxes including a cream one.
