I got this spare with a gramophone, doesn't seem too bad, quite light, does anyone know who it was made by?, the only markings on it are 'Foreign', swiss made maybe?

That's a generic soundbox, made under many brand names, that some people call a 'Magnet' (some actually bear that name) - yes, for a mica diaphragm type they can sound quite good.
