Brian , I have one the same -- other than it doesn't have the retailer's plaque. Mine is complete and I can send you photos . The machine was made by Runge & Von Stemann, Berlin . I think somewhere on mine , " R&VS" is stamped into the woodwork. Their trade-mark logo also moulded into the body of the reproducer. Also imported by Waterfield Clifford & Co and sold as one of their " New Century " range -- no doubt there were others too.
