Columbia Electric Grafonola No.300

Post by nostalgia »

I know this machine falls outside the scope of the forum really since it is electric... but hey...it is Columbia, and we like Columbia gramophones, so I thought you too would like to see this machine. ;)

PS, it is not mine, it is in Japan.

Kinda nice... and it does fall into our common interests as long as it's intended to play 78s.. :)

I have seen many threads referring to EMG gramophones which have electric motors and my only gramophone which has one is an Indian teak model, so no problem with electric motors !

Very nice gramophone you have.

Very nice, but although I am all in favour of originality it urgently needs rewiring to modern safety standards.
