I'm sure it's not home made as it's far too well done. it's strange that Google can't find any reference to Lion A Phone as the transfer looks genuine .....

I'm pretty certain I've seen this transfer amongst the "lookalike" or perhaps unused older crapophone transfers which were available from some sellers in recent decades. I have a feeling I might even have one of these transfers lurking somewhere myself.
