This dapper gentleman poses proudly with his gramophone, but look how precariously it sits on a small table.
An accident waiting to happen, and it's a long way down to that unforgiving cinder path.
Pride goes before a fall......

The person reminds me of one of the past English Kings - or perhaps a 'Royal' ?epigramophone wrote: ↑Sun Feb 19, 2023 12:31 pm This dapper gentleman poses proudly with his gramophone, but look how precariously it sits on a small table.

I like the straw boater hat he's wearing--it looks good with the sack jacket too. In a half-lined fabric that would probably be a surprisingly comfortable outfit on a spring or summer day.

I don't think the pole is attached to the gramophone. It may be holding up a branch of the tree behind it.

I think the tall thin metal post is probably just one end of a washing line. It's certainly not connected to the gramophone. I wonder where that is today?
