As you are all well aware the country has begun the long climb back to normal, whatever that may be. At the beginning of this we said that we would not make a decision on the show until we felt that we had a definitive answer as to whether we could even hold the show and under what restrictions. Each State seems to have their own plan and they vary widely. In Illinois, the state is divided into regions and there are 5 phases that each region has to go through to return to normal. The people of Illinois were told that things would probably be near normal by the end of May or beginning of June. It is because of this that we held off so long on our decision. According to the Governor’s plan, gatherings of 50 people or more will not be allowed until a region achieves phase 5. The current model shows the northern Illinois region reaching phase 5 in mid July at the earliest. With this information we have no choice but to cancel the 2020 show scheduled for June 13th & 14th. Even though the majority of the dealers still wanted to have the show under any conditions, we feel that from both a health and legal standpoint that it is the right decision. We are rescheduling the show for next year on June 12th & 13th , 2021.

For those of you who have made purchases at our last 2 auctions with the intent of picking the items up in June this is the plan. If you want to pick up your items we are here most days from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. but please call in advance to schedule a time. We will be happy to pack and ship your items via your preferred carrier. If you have larger items, we will help you arrange shipping with a U-shipper or a common carrier if you prefer. Please contact Desiree for all shipping quotes. We will not charge any storage fees.
