Yes; they're probably nice but you don't know what you're getting, or what shape they're in. Try $500. Maybe $1000 if you're feeling spendiferous.

I would say so. Plus like Charles said, there’s a good chance some of those cylinders aren’t playable.

For what it worth, I agree with the previous comments, too.... From a collector's standpoint, this price point may be a bit high - not knowing how playable they are....
However, from a former antique dealer's standpoint, there may be some money to be made. If the price would come down and the person ("reseller") didn't mind the slow and painful process of selling these at $8 to $10 a piece for the next three years... LOL

It looks like mostly Blue Amberol and 4 Minute Wax Amberol cylinders. If there are late 5000 series cylinders in the lot, $2,200 might be a pretty good price.
