No association with the seller.
It is claimed to be a 1930s "RCA Reocrd Player."
There is a logo that says, HEINTZMAN CO LIMITED, EDMONTON 1901. This could be the dealer's logo, or it could be that the cabinet was made by the Heintzman piano company, a major Canadian piano maker. Don't know.
The pictures aren't great, very small.

HEINTZMAN CO LIMITED would have been the seller--possibly an authorized Victor dealer.
That's the Alvera (4-90) model, produced only for the Canadian market.
SEE: http://www.victor-victrola.com/Alvera.htm
As noted, the Alvara was introduced in 1926 and was discontinued in 1928. The grille used is identical to the one installed on the Orthophonic Victrola 4-40 model, so I'd assume it shared the same horn, which means it should have a powerful sound, and a decent range, once fully restored.

Should be Victoria British Columbia, not "Columbian" and the seller lives in Colwood which is near Victoria.

Typo. Sorry.
Should have said Greater Victoria in an informal sense. Sooke, Colwood, Sannich, Langford, Esquimalt, Metchosin, etc, while separate communities all more or less run together now.

This one eventually sold for about $100 CDS or $79 US. A good deal, I think, with all the records and vintage needles.
My wife eventually felt sorry for it as the price kept falling and nobody seemed to want it.
I was just starting to discuss how I might get it home, when it was snapped up in a local sale.
I was glad to see it go. I hope it is well cared for.
