Has anyone dealt with hagins-64

Post by emerson »

I never received the part from him or received any correspondence to my inquires. It seems as though he is legitimate ---BUT, with no replies I am wondering. It is going on just about a month now?

On Ebay, I won a phonograph brake from him, never received it. While the Postal authorities did their investigation (which I was told by a letter carrier is a joke) and has been concluded without finding anything. I informed him of the problem of not receiving it by the early July date----never a response from him, after all my requests. When I told him Ebay and the Post Office were involved then after all my requests to him ---he then answered me. Saying he dropped it off at the Post Office on July third. I see he does a lot of selling on Ebay and I imagine he is very busy---at first I thought maybe a scammer, that is why I questioned if anyone dealt with him. It was not expensive but I wanted it for a machine. The law of averages goes into effect ----that's the way it goes. Win some but don't. Another will come up.

It's he far from you? Sometimes things posted go slow, or they're halted at the customs if coming from abroad, etc. If it has been only one month ago, I would wait a bit more...

I'd file for a refund through eBay, as an undelivered item. Hurry up, there's a time limit I believe.

Actually, if you paid via PayPal, you have 180 days to file an item not received case through them if the eBay window has expired. That's 180 days total, not 180 in addition to eBay's measly 30 days. If the eBay window is still open PayPal will send you to eBay, but once the eBay window for filing is closed, you have a second chance through the Pal. Hopefully that's clear. :D

Hey Brad, After I let him know I contacted Ebay on the matter, I finally received a reply from him----I promptly delivered it to the Post Office. Since he is selling quite a bit, maybe it got sent out with another package to someone else? Either way, the law of averages, what it is --is what it is. I will still look in the mail but don't expect anything. If he has anything else I might be interested in---I'll give him another shot. ----Herb
