I imagine a leaflet for a Mk VII, in particular, has to be exceptionally rare...

Frank James estimates that no more than 100 EMG MkVII's were made, so both the machine and the leaflet must be rare.

I do not know the survival rate, but the only MkVII I have ever seen is the one on Chunny's YouTube channel. Anyone lucky enough to own a MkVII would want the leaflet and would be prepared to pay a high price for it.

If you put things into that kind of perspective, then this wasn't much at all to pay for such a unique brochure in my opinion.

I've paid over the odds for a leaflet (not this one, and nowhere near this much!) precisely because I could only afford the leaflet rather than the machine - and even if I can't have the machine, I might as well read about it!

It did also cross my mind that the leaflet would take far less space. :-)

Cheers,
David.
