The Dulcia. I couldn't find any information on this but surely one of the thousands of fly-by-night gramophone companies that sprang up post-patent. According to the description (in French) it is functional.

I hear you on the price. With some work it would brighten up a room, though. I do have a soft spot for stray machines. In an ideal world, all machines would be saved.
