This is what "Morgan" is talking about. Interesting little machine.

The horn is incorrect, it should have a horn like this:

Thanks. Not surprised. When I looked at it, it looked like a generic modern reproduction. I'm guessing that a correct period one might be hard to come by.

On the ebay listing, there wasn't a lid shown. If a lid is not included, then this is no bargain.

Incorrect horn and reproducer - I suspect that it's a Columbia reproducer. Reproduction horn support, no lid. Still an interesting machine but for $275 to $500 you could do a lot better.

You are right. It does look like a Columbia reproducer!

Thanks guys I can buy a reproduction aluminum horn like the orignal off eBay although price is a issue with this little machine I can see potential with the orignal reproducer found for it although probably rare and expensive. I just want a cylinder machine really bad for my collection and I think the price is steep also.but I'm still thinking on putting a bid on in it maybe. Thanks for the comments guys I always use this forum for my phonograph knowledge thanks again.

$150.00 tops - too much "not correct" stuff on this machine. Check EBay UK / EBay FR to find a complete & correct one.

There's also one pictured on pages 120-121 of The Talking Machine Compendium. ;)
