I can't imagine why someone would just drop this off at a Goodwill. I'm glad its up for sale there, so someone who wants it can get it, but it just looks so grand and fancy! I would at least try to sell it myself before unloading it from the back of my car at a Goodwill donation site. Wonder if they got their tax write off for it? ;)

And most people view these thing as obsolete junk. I went to Union this year and my Dad rode with me. He was amazed that there was such a market for "these old things". I just wish I was closer to Tallahassee.

Perhaps the answer is a lot simpler: the donor wished to contribute something of value to a worthwhile charity.
