A wonderful rarity. I'm only aware of one other surviving copy. It's very unfortunate that the eBay example is missing the last two pages and the back cover.

Interesting. His description says there are only four pages. Obviously that is mistaken. It does appear to be complete so it's a great find.
FYI, if anyone is interested, Allen Koenigsberg reprinted this book many years ago. I believe he still has some.
