Yes, the Victor Eleventy-First Type talking machine is incredibly rare. Most times it can only be found in the wilds of Nebraska feeding near Catalpa trees.

Judging by the crank, lack of bullet brake and later back bracket, I would say that this is a very late Victor III. The tag says V-111. I have also seen Vic 3 and of course Vic III. The tag does not say VV or VE, so I think that it is legitimate. I don't know what the tag on the advertised machine says, but it could be 111.

Someone at the factory was obviously translating Greek into Arabic...
