What a pity... The Spanish seller must have been trying to sell the complete machine for some time, and finally had decided to part it :x or maybe it was assembled from different parts... I've noticed that these Spanish experts sometimes make Frankenstein gramophones.
Here's a link to the supposedly complete machine at work

And if you watch the link Mike has posted, it's no more on sale. But looking the 'other seller's items' there is the complete machine for sale, same base but complete with horn etc. Maybe he's trying to sell the complete machine but also the parts...

Besides that, of you go to that video, and go to the owner's channel, there is a video of another Gramophone working with Odeon soundbox

And again on eBay, same seller is trying to sell a similar tonearm and horn support separately... It's a similar one, or the same machine dismantled?

Concert Grande was one of many British gramophone brands assembled from bought in components. Here is a cabinet model currently for sale on eBay, which the seller describes as a "Vintage French wind up gramophone"   . The only French item is the Pathé record on (well almost on!) the turntable.
