It appears to be the same model as pictured in the link above, with shell shaped carvings, ball and claw feet and special veneer in the raised door panels.

Doesn't "SP" mean special plate or something similar? Plus 501 is the first number assigned with more to follow if it passed muster with company officials. I hope someone picks it up.
