I own another A250 or I would go after this one. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/it ... tory_share

This looks like a very good value for an early Diamond Disc. I do have a couple of questions... Are the slots on the side found on only the earliest A250 examples? About what percentage of A250s have the slots? Is there a slight premium on value for examples with the slots?
Thanks, Jerry B.

From the data I've collected, I have only 4 of 60 A250s recorded with slots; the serial numbers are 161, 336, 1593 and 2998. This represents only 4 of the 8 lowest serial numbered units I have recorded. I have to assume some I have recorded within that range of serial numbers may have slots, but I wasn't able to corroborate that information.
I also have 2 A300s (2048, 2535) recorded, both with slots.
I've recorded no indication that the slotted cabinets would have a slighter higher value, but if it were me I'd certainly pay extra for that feature, as long as it was a numbers matching example.
Cheers,
